DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. DELIVERY METHODS

Ding Dong delivers using:

  • DPD Next Day Delivery Service (UK Mainland). 
  • Ding Dong Fleet (London & M25 selected postcodes) 
  • Click & collect from selected London partner locations including Hermanos Coffee Roasters

All products are freshly prepared to order.

2. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  Orders must be placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) to qualify for next working day delivery or next day collection.
  Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed the following working day.
  Dispatch operates Monday–Friday only.

3. UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (DPD)

Tuesday to Saturday 

  • Orders over £75 – FREE Delivery
  • Orders under £75 – £7.95 
  • Optional Delivery Before 12pm – Additional £7.50

Delivery times are estimates and subject to courier operations.

Sunday & Monday

We do not offer deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.

As our products are freshly made, we avoid sending orders via DPD where extended weekend transit times could compromise the freshness and quality of your Ding Dong treats.

We’d rather make you wait a little longer than deliver anything that isn’t at its best.

4. LONDON & M25 DELIVERY (DING DONG FLEET)

For eligible postcodes:

  • Next working day delivery available
  • Delivery windows may apply
  • Before 12pm option may be available

Fleet delivery is typically used for:

  • Larger orders
  • Corporate gifting
  • Event deliveries
  • Premium handling requirements

Delivery availability may vary depending on postcode and capacity.

5. CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect is available from selected partner stores within London.

How It Works:

  1.  Place your order via the Ding Dong website
  2. Select Click & Collect at checkout 
  3. Choose collection location and date 
  4. Collect during the confirmed time window

  Orders must be collected on the selected date.
  Valid order confirmation must be presented upon collection.

6. Where We Can’t Deliver

We currently deliver to UK Mainland only. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to:

  • PO Boxes 
  • Northern Ireland 
  • Isle of Man 
  • Guernsey 
  • Jersey 
  • HS, KW and ZE postcodes

  We are unable to deliver directly to military bases and hospital wards due to courier security restrictions.

7. Two-Day Delivery Areas

For the following postcodes, DPD operates on a two-day delivery service:

  • B30–56 
  • AB
  • DD8–11 
  • FK8  
  • FK17–21 
  • IV (all) 
  • KA27–28 
  • PA20–80
  • PH10–50
  • PO30–41 
  • TD15 
  • TR21–25

Delivery charge for these areas: £20

  If your postcode is in a two-day area, we recommend selecting a delivery date two days before your event.

For example:

  If your event is Saturday, order for Thursday or Friday delivery so it arrives early.
  We always recommend allowing extra time for important occasions.

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to deliver on time, Ding Dong is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier network disruption 
  • Traffic conditions 
  • Weather events 
  • Industrial disputes 
  • Force majeure circumstances 
  • Government restrictions

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing for corporate contracts.

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier disruption, traffic, weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, unless agreed in writing for corporate orders.
